Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss

For customers in the United States, risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have acquired physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & UK CUSTOMERS)

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Refund Upon Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method.

Customers are entitled to all statutory warranty rights applicable under the laws of their country or state of residence.
